Futures are working on an exciting National Account Manager role on behalf of a market-leading, expert led FMCG business who have been established 50 years.
This business turns-over circa £200m and are part of a wider global group with a current turnover of $15 billion.
The business has achieved great growth over recent years through a successful DTC model and strong existing and new retailer relationships so it's a super exciting time to join the business.
In this role you will...
* Maintain strong relationships with key national retail accounts; Curry's & John Lewis
* Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic account plans that align with company objectives and customer needs
* Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms of trade to maximize profitability and market share
* Analyse market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of account strategies
* Monitor and manage account performance against targets, making adjustments as needed to achieve sales and profit objectives
* Prepare and present regular business reviews and forecasts to senior management and key stakeholders
