[ About the Role]
The Examinations and Timetabling Officer will provide administrative and operational support for the University’s academic timetable, examinations schedule, and room bookings service.
The role involves working closely with academic departments, professional services teams, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to support the smooth delivery of examinations, timetabling, and room bookings activities. Main responsibilities include timetable updates, examination logistics, room bookings, communications with staff and students, operational reporting, and support during live examination periods.
The successful candidate will help maintain accurate systems and records while contributing to an effective and responsive service across the University.
