Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will play a key part in the hotel’s ongoing development as part of an independent hotel group with planned growth across its portfolio. This opportunity is suitable for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager, or an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager ready to step into a management role.
