We have fantastic opportunities for a Support Worker to join our team at Muston Road, Filey, delivering high-quality Complex Care to individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities, complex health conditions, and mobility needs.
About the Service
Muston Road is a large, traditional four-bed property providing 24-hour Complex Care support to three individuals with significant and multiple care needs. Our focus is on delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life.
The Role
As a Support Worker in a Complex Care setting, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering specialised support tailored to each individual's health and personal needs. Every day is different, making this an incredibly rewarding and engaging position.
Your responsibilities may include:

Providing personal care with dignity and respect
*
Preparing meals and supporting nutritional needs
*
Monitoring, recording, and administering medication
*
Supporting complex health and mobility requirements
*
Assisting with moving and handling
*
Enabling access to community activities such as bowling, swimming, horse-riding, sensory sessions, cinema visits, and day trips
What We're Looking For
While experience in Complex Care is beneficial, we provide a comprehensive training programme to give you the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
We're looking for someone who has:

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A willingness to undertake specialist Complex Care training
Shift Patterns
This Support Worker position involves a flexible rota, including:

Day shifts
*
Night shifts
*
Sleep-in shifts
*
Working every other weekend
