Title: Casualty Claims Handler Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, dependent upon experience
Manchester (Spinningfields HQ) – 5 days in-office during 6-month probation, reducing to 2 days in-office post-probation (hybrid)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claims Handler to manage a portfolio of Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, and Casualty claims. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring fair and timely resolution of claims while providing exceptional service to our clients broker partners and insured customers.
They provide Property, Liability, and Fleet insurance to large and medium-sized businesses and the public sector — exclusively through brokers.

Manage a caseload of EL/PL and Casualty claims from notification to resolution.
· Investigate and assess liability, causation, and quantum across a variety of claims.
· Liaise with policyholders, brokers, solicitors, and other stakeholders in the claims process.
· Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and SLA timelines.
· Identify and mitigate potential fraudulent or exaggerated claims.
· Accurately record and report claims information using internal systems.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the claims team.
· Have solid experience in Commercial Claims Handling, particularly across Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, and Casualty.
