About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance and representing clients with professionalism and energy. You’ll lead by example — managing day-to-day operations, setting targets, and supporting your team to deliver outstanding results. This is a full-time leadership position ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for people development, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll be hands‑on in the field, motivating your team, refining sales strategies, and contributing to the company’s continued growth.
Responsibilities
* Represent clients and build brand awareness across multiple platforms and events
* Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client relationships
* Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
* Analyse sales data to identify trends and improve performance
* Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
* Collaborate with senior management on business development and expansion plans
* Maintain a high standard of professionalism and brand representation
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proven experience in sales, team leading, or customer-facing roles
* A proactive, goal-oriented approach and the ability to inspire others
* Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
* Previous experience in retail, customer service, or marketing is an advantage
