We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join an organisation based in Hartlepool.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities using telesales, LinkedIn outreach, and email approaches
Develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
Utilise various platforms and tools to uncover potential clients
Engage in meaningful conversations with decision-makers to offer solutions and pricing, and convert to customers.
Build and manage client base by providing ongoing support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
Maximise margins through effective pricing and negotiation, ensuring both competitive offerings and profitability.
Act as the point of contact for customers, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
Liaise with Credit and Transport teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers through regular check-ins and reviews.
Experience:
Proven track record in B2B sales and account management, with a strong focus on prospecting, converting, and managing a portfolio of commercial accounts.
Experience in involving sales, telesales, LinkedIn outreach, or email-based communication.
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Skilled in managing a sales pipeline and driving lead generation, conversion, and account growth.
Ability to engage effectively with decision-makers at all levels and close sales with strong negotiation tactics to balance competitiveness with profitability.
Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
