Commercial Administrator

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Commercial Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our commercial operations. This is a varied role with direct exposure to leadership, suited to someone who thrives on organisation, detail, and working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and operational engine of the business. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager on a day-to-day basis, as well as the wider leadership and recruitment team, ensuring processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Creation and management of Statements of Work (SOWs)
* Contractor onboarding, setup and ongoing administration
* Contract administration and documentation management
* Purchase Order (PO) tracking and management
* Coordination of events and client roundtables
* Acting as a point of contact for client queries and communications
* Administrative support to the recruitment team
* PA support to the business owners
* Marketing support, including coordination and execution of campaigns
* Proofreading and quality assurance of external content and communications
Skills and Experience
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Exceptional attention to detail
* A structured, methodical approach to work
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
* High level of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
* Comfortable working across both operational and client-facing activities
* Previous experience in a similar role supporting in a commercial environment

Working Pattern
* Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the Leeds office
* The role is full-time but we would also consider candidates looking for 30+ hours per week (paid pro-rata), provided you are available to work Monday to Friday.
