Renowned for its historic significance and vibrant distilling heritage, it offers guests a unique blend of comfort, culture, and local flavour. The hotel is dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality while celebrating the rich history of the region.
Role Overview
The Managing Director will provide inspirational and commercially astute leadership to one of the Highlands' most distinctive destination properties. Based in Inverness, this role carries full operational and financial accountability for the Glen-Mhor Hotel, Uilebheist Brewery and Distillery, and the wider estate experience.

As part of Turas Hotels, the role works closely with central support teams including HR, Recruitment, Finance, Marketing, Revenue, and Sales, benefiting from group expertise while retaining a strong sense of local character and autonomy.
