Now is the time to take up an exciting opportunity within our Fostering Service, which is leading the way with innovative and transformative practice for children and their fostering families. We are seeking a committed Team Manager to lead Fostering Team 2, a team of Supervising Social Workers who provide essential support, supervision, and guidance to foster carers across the region. This is a key leadership role within Norfolk’s Fostering Service, focused on delivering high-quality, safe, and effective support to foster carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in care. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, driving forward practice that promotes children’s stability, carer wellbeing, and safeguarding excellence. You will play a vital role in fostering a culture of support and recognition, contributing to the retention and recruitment of foster carers by ensuring they feel valued, equipped, and confident in their role. Your leadership will help embed Norfolk’s practice framework FLOURISH and ensure our fostering service continues to thrive.
