£28,806- £30,482 per annum, pro rata

Hours: 22.5 hours, Term-Time Only (38 weeks)

As an award-winning college, we are looking for exceptional staff to join our team. We truly value our support staff who play a key role in supporting and developing our students.

As a Progress Coach, your duties will include providing a comprehensive advisory service to students and potential students. This involves offering impartial guidance, delivering group tutorials, pre-course information, ensuring smooth admissions/enrolment processes, and providing or arranging non-academic tutorial support for all students. You will also be involved in safeguarding students, liaising with external agencies, visiting schools, conducting reviews, and maintaining records.

You should have a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, relevant guidance-related experience, and a good knowledge of further education and academic progression routes. Excellent presentation skills, good IT skills, and strong organisational and interpersonal skills are essential. You should also possess (or be willing to achieve) Level 2 English and Maths, e.g., GCSE Maths and English (Grades 9-4/A-C).
