Troi Search is delighted to be working exclusively with The Gym Group as they look for a Maternity Cover Delivery Manager to own a critical value stream for the business.
As a Digital Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of full-stack digital projects within a value stream. This role involves managing a team of digital specialists, coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. The Digital Delivery Manager is also responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the project aligns with the organisation's strategic objectives.
Within this value stream, you'll work closely with Digital Marketing to enhance the "join journey" and make it as seamless as possible.
We're looking for someone with extensive delivery experience, focusing on Digital Sales, Conversion, & A/B Testing.

* Proven Delivery Expertise: Hands-on experience leading full-stack digital initiatives using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Experience managing complex backlogs, facilitating sprint planning, and ensuring incremental delivery of value.
* Leadership in Action: Ability to lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and delivery, fostering trust, collaboration, and shared ownership.
* Agile Mindset: A confident Agile practitioner who champions continuous improvement, team empowerment, servant leadership, and self-organisation.
* Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal skills, capable of translating delivery progress and technical details into clear, business-relevant updates.
* Stakeholder Management: Experience working with diverse stakeholders across internal teams and third-party partners, managing expectations and maintaining momentum.
