Tax ManagerLocation: Workington, CumbriaSalary: £40,000 - £47,000 + Bonus
Adecco are thrilled to be recruiting for a Tax Manager on behalf of our well-established client. This role involves overseeing income tax, corporation tax, VAT, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax affairs, ensuring compliance while minimising client tax liabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert tax advice on compliance and planning.
* Stay up to date with tax legislation and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
* Manage tax returns, computations, and planning for individuals and businesses.
* Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients.
* Support the Managing Director in achieving business objectives.
* Train and mentor colleagues on tax matters.
* Attend senior management meetings and contribute to business development.
What We Are Looking For
* Strong experience in tax management and planning.
* Excellent knowledge of UK tax legislation.
* A proactive approach with strong communication skills.
* Ability to lead and develop staff.
