Responsibilities include: Supporting with medication Encouraging independence through cooking, cleaning, and budgeting Contributing to personalised plans and risk assessmentsAbout You Experience in care or support is essential, along with flexibility to work shifts including weekends. You will communicate effectively, work well in a team and independently, and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
