SEN Resource-Base Teacher (Primary)

Are you passionate about making a difference for children with additional needs? We’re seeking a committed SEN Resource-Base Teacher to join our welcoming and inclusive primary school.
The Role
Teach and support pupils with a range of SEN (SEMH, autism, learning difficulties).
Plan and adapt lessons to individual learning needs.
Work with skilled SEN TAs, parents, and external agencies.
Lead on assessments, EHCP reviews, and progress tracking.
Champion inclusion and best practice across the school.

About You
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Experience or strong interest in SEN.
Skilled in adapting curriculum and differentiating learning.
Strong behaviour management, patience, and resilience.
Excellent communicator with children, parents, and professionals.
