Job Description
3. Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement.
4. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
5. Oversee standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
6. Analyse production costs, material usage, labour efficiency, and overheads.
7. Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
8. Take part in the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasts.
9. Support capital investment appraisals and ROI analysis.
10. Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
11. Coordinate internal and external audits.
12. Manage and develop the site finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controller should have:
13. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
14. 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced international finance environment.
15. Experience of manufacturing, supply chain, and/or engineering sector.
16. Proven expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
17. Experience in managing and leading finance teams effectively.
18. Proficiency in financial systems and software.
19. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
