Life Skills Support and Community Driver Location: Doncaster / Scunthorpe This is one of those roles that offers an emotional lift for the person doing it and for the learners you support in equal measure. You genuinely make a difference to young people's lives helping them start the day feeling safe, calm and motivated, and ensuring they get home safely at the end of the day. It's ideal for someone with life experience, maturity and the confidence to pass that on positively someone who enjoys local driving, takes pride in doing a job properly, and values building meaningful relationships supporting learners in a number of different ways throughout the day. About the Learners You'll be working with young people aged 16+ who have an Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP). Learners may have a range of complex needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and potentially additional learning difficulties and/or disabilities. The Role
