We’re helping one of our Private Equity Clients hire a Customer Services Assistant for an innovative and growing Medical Device company within their portfolio.
The business is an industry leader in Cold Compression Therapy, a game changer for recovery from surgery and sports injuries. With a wide variety of ongoing contracts with hospitals and sports clubs internationally, innovation, client engagement and end user support are key to success in this market, which this business prides itself on.
Customer Service is a key measure for success, with this role as pivotal to the ongoing success and growth. The Customer Service Assistant is the first and main point of contact for customers and is responsible for the customer experience of the end users and larger Accounts. For this reason, the role requires a professional and empathetic approach to all communications.
The role
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
* Resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
* Providing product/service information clearly and accurately.
* Logging and tracking all customer interactions in our CRM system
* Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or Manager.
* Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
* Maintaining company procedures and service standards.
* Maintaining customer records and update databases.
Your skills and experience
* Telephone Customer Service experience.
* Time management and the ability to multitask.
* Teamwork and willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
* An inquisitive mind and drive to problem solve were necessary.
* Basic IT skills, including using CRM systems, email, and order processing tools.
* Professional and presentable both in person and over the phone.
* Adaptability in handling a variety of customer personalities and issues.
