Campaign Manager – Consumer Platform
We're partnering with a digital-first, D2C platform business that's reinventing one of the UK's most traditional consumer categories: end-of-life services.
Following the appointment of a new CEO (formerly leading a major consumer PLC), the business is in the middle of a rapid growth and turnaround journey, moving from a legacy model to a modern, retail-led, platform-driven proposition. Brand, digital and distribution are at the heart of how they're winning market share.
This is not a "traditional" business. It's consumer, commercial, disruptive, and unapologetically bold in how it shows up.
What you'll be doing:
You'll own the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, sitting right at the centre of the marketing team and ensuring campaigns are well planned, well executed, and well understood across the business.
This is a true account-manager-style role, bringing structure, pace and clarity to a busy, high-output environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning the campaign calendar across the year, bringing clarity and prioritisation to planned and ad-hoc activity
* Leading the end-to-end delivery of campaigns from brief to launch to post-campaign analysis
* Coordinating closely with Performance Marketing, Brand, CRM, Analytics, Design, and external partners to ensure campaigns land on time and perform
* Acting as the central point of ownership so everyone knows what's live, what's coming, and what's working
* Managing complex, multi-channel activity across paid, owned and earned channels
* Overseeing delivery with an external brand agency and an internal design studio
* Supporting and scaling key initiatives, including a major seasonal gifting programme (e.g. partnerships like holiday vouchers and memberships)
What they're looking for:
* Strong agency account management experience, coordinating multiple teams and capabilities
* Ideally some in-house experience too, owning campaigns end-to-end
* Comfortable managing complexity, pace, and ambiguity
* Commercially curious, someone who wants to get under the numbers, not just deliver assets
* Confident working across paid, brand, CRM and content in an integrated way
* Tenacious, resilient energy, not put off when things change or plans shift
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
