Head of Commercial Pricing Strategy (Manufacturing) Location: Belfast Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 The Opportunity We are seeking a Head of Commercial Pricing Strategy for a key position within a leading manufacturing group. This is a high-impact, autonomous role responsible for maximising profitability across a core business unit. You will be the central authority for all pricing models, policy governance, and margin control. The Role: Own Profitability This strategic position ensures commercial excellence by owning and governing the end-to-end pricing process. You will translate commercial strategy into an accurate, executable pricing policy. Core Responsibilities: Own Pricing Governance: Develop and enforce robust pricing controls, approval frameworks, and standardised processes. Drive Margin Accuracy: Ensure accurate calculation of manufacturing margins, validate cost inputs, and maintain pricing master data integrity. Provide Commercial Guidance: Deliver actionable analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on pricing, competitive positioning, and new product strategies. Lead Improvement: Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline pricing efficiency and enhance reporting visibility. Candidate Profile A qualified finance professional (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) is essential. Proven senior-level experience in pricing, margin management, or commercial finance within a manufacturing or product-led B2B environment. Exceptional analytical, financial modelling, and strategic presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
