Trainee Account Manager
Full-Time hours available.
We are an IT company specializing in the Education market working with the corporate companies mainly Microsoft, HP, and Lenovo among others in relation to products, training, and Services in the UK. We specialise in providing schools with 1-1 learning programs to improve student outcomes in the UK but mainly England.
We are looking for confident individuals to inform Schools, Colleges & Businesses of HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft promotions available to them and how our program can provide the schools with additional funds.
You will receive the very best training and mentoring to become successful at informing places of education of available promotions and how they may benefit.
Ideally, you will already have experience in telemarketing but this is not a necessity as ongoing training is provided for the right candidates to develop a successful career. The right candidate will have to possess a confident and friendly telephone manner.

Example of typical progression & measurement plan:
Trainee - Business development advisor
Duties: Calling UK schools to inform them about the HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft programs that are open to them to improve student results & save the schools money.
Weekly KPI
75 Dials per day.
Stage 1 leads = 5
Stage 2 leads = 3
Stage 3 Lead = 1
Profit generation £100k min
Basic £20k O.T.E 30K Per year 10% commission
Progression to Level 2 depends on KPI Achievement
Level 2 - Junior Account Manager
Duties same as year 1 but you will now produce quotations and close sales.
£22K Basic OTE £35K Per year 10% Commission
Level 3 - Account Manager
Same as year 2 but as your skills develop along with your customer base your target increases as does your commission rate.
£25k Basic OTE £50K Per year 10% commission
Profit generation £250k min
Level 4 - Senior Account Manager
In this role, you will manage a team of prior-level team members (no 6) and manage the achievement of the group's profit target. You will also have a target of your own to achieve.
£28k Basic OTE £65k per year 10% commission
Profit generation £1.3m minimum. Target bonus £10k
Job Description
· Make calls to an existing database
· Adding new contacts and leads to CRM
· Make calls to Key Target Groups
· Acquire Details from interested parties for follow-ups
· Work to defined call targets and KPIs
· Be confident in calling new contacts
The right person will be:
· Confident, personable and professional on the phone
· A good sense of humour & positive outlook on life
· Proven experience in outbound lead generation/telesales
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· A positive and tenacious attitude
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work successfully in a target-based environment
· Highly self-motivated, target driven, and work well under pressure
· Experience within a professional telesales / Marketing environment utilizing a
structured communication approach with strong objection handling skills
· IT and administration skills
