Our client is seeking an experienced ICT Business Applications Analyst to join their Business Transformation team. You will work as part of the ICT Business Applications team, providing technical expertise, business analysis, and quality assurance across the full application lifecycle, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 technologies and integrated systems. Key Responsibilities • Provide 2nd line support for business applications, working collaboratively with the wider ICT team to deliver a consistent and high-quality service. • Design and develop business solutions using Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dynamics. • Work closely with third-party software providers to resolve incidents and deliver system enhancements. • Support application upgrades and patching, including leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintaining comprehensive test scripts. • Collaborate with governance teams and data owners to implement and maintain data retention policies across systems. • Perform system administration tasks, including user access management, maintenance, and configuration changes. • Act as the ICT lead on business projects, providing technical expertise and supporting process design, solution delivery, and implementation. • Identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiencies to enhance business processes. • Investigate and recommend new te...
