* Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to students needs.
* Guide students in effective time management and study techniques.
* Assess student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with college staff to create a cohesive support system.
* Utilize online teaching technologies to enhance learning experiences.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation.
* Attend regular meetings and professional development sessions.
* Contribute to the overall improvement of the study skills support program.
Requirements
Were looking for you, if:
* Postgraduate qualification.
* Relevant teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
* Proven experience supporting autistic students (minimum 1 year).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to student success.
* Completion of the National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules (or willingness to complete them).
* Excellent organizational and time:management abilities.
* Proficiency in utilizing online teaching platforms and technologies.
