As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading and growing the companies power distribution sales team, helping them navigate the commercial buildings sector and expand their footprint across key customer groups including contractors, panel builders, consultants, and end clients. You’ll play a key role in: Skills and experience for the Field Sales Engineer job: Sales experience with 2 years in a leadership role, ideally in a B2B environment within the technology sectors. A solid understanding of the UK technology market, electrical infrastructure, and power distribution solutions, with a keen eye on emerging trends like energy storage and EV charging. Strong experience with sales tools, preferably Salesforce, to drive performance and business insights. A leader who embraces change and is excited about implementing new processes to drive team success.
