 
        
        Are you looking to take the next step in your career? Are you already working in the Trust & Estates arena? We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Semi Senior or Senior to join our Trusts & Estates team in either our Bristol or Weymouth office.
Our Trusts & Estates team acts for trustees, executors and beneficiaries, managing over 600 trusts and providing support across the full spectrum of estate and succession matters. We’re keen to hear from candidates with experience in this area, or from those eager to build a career in trusts and estates work. This opportunity may interest those already working in tax, accounts or law.
Responsibilities
 * Managing a portfolio of trusts and/or estates, ensuring accurate and timely administration
 * Supporting junior members of the team
 * Preparing trust and estate accounts, income tax returns, inheritance tax forms and related calculations
 * Supporting executors with estate administration and probate requirements
 * Liaising with trustees, beneficiaries, solicitors and investment managers
 * Assisting senior colleagues with succession and estate planning projects
 * Providing clear, practical guidance to clients in a professional and empathetic manner
Qualifications
 * Be ATT or AAT qualified
 * Have 2 to 3 years’ practice experience, preferably in trusts, estates or private client work
 * Be a confident and collaborative team player
 * Show excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships
 * Have strong attention to detail, discretion and a proactive approach
