Corporate Fleet Administrator * Hybrid-working (Uxbridge, West London WFH) * 12-month contract * £23.00 to £24.00 per hour (via PAYE) The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Fleet Administrator to work as part of our client’s Corporate Fleet Operations team that are responsible for managing their European and North American fleet operations. This is a full-time role, offered as an initial 12-month contract that requires the team to be onsite in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week in Stockley Park, Uxbridge working with a very close-knit team to help with task-sharing and knowledge transfer. Skills and Experience: * Experience in a corporate environment (ideally working with fleet and/or corporate finance operations in the UK, Europe and North America would be very useful) * Confident in raising invoices, tracking vendors and facilitating purchase orders * Strong skills in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint for producing reports and tracking requests * Candidates will be customer-centric, with a strong work ethic and a keen team-player with first-class communication skills * Strong written and verbal communication, with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to perform numeric analysis with ease * The ability to foster trusted stakeholder relationships internally within the client and conduct proactive operational engagement with preferred fleet suppliers * Ability to problem solve and multi-task Role and Responsibilities: * Responsible for ‘day to day’ fleet operational activity in partnership with preferred fleet suppliers * Central point of contact for employees for the client’s Company Car Scheme, with a strong focus on providing a fantastic customer experience and achieving service excellence for colleagues * Production of all fleet management reporting - fuel auditing, car fleet payroll, and taxable benefit reports in accordance with program reporting schedule * Co-ordination of weekly HR data flow between the client and their preferred fleet suppliers to include prioritisation of onboarding and leaver experience * Maintenance of surplus vehicle log and proactive reallocation of vehicles in accordance with the car policy * Perform quarterly emissions (sustainability) procedure as informed by Fleet Director * Host periodic operational meetings with preferred fleet supplies when necessary or as requested * Other operational fleet management activities as required Applications: Please contact Edward Laing here at ISR Recruitment to learn more about joining a great team working in the Fleet Management division for a global healthcare company?
