The Opportunity
You will take a leading role in shaping the creative direction of luxury residential projects, driving FF&E from concept through to installation. Working closely with clients, artisans, contractors, and the internal team, you’ll champion the studio’s aesthetic by developing refined material palettes, bespoke furniture pieces, and meticulously detailed FF&E packages.
Acting as a trusted client-facing representative, you will guide meetings, present design intent with confidence, and ensure the seamless communication needed for smooth project delivery. You will also oversee procurement, budgets, and logistics, ensuring every detail aligns with the design vision and is executed to the highest standard.
As a senior figure within the studio, you will mentor junior designers, support their development, and set the tone for collaborative, thoughtful working practices. Site presence will form a key part of the role, ensuring craftsmanship, installation quality, and final styling meet the studio’s expectations.
