The position
To further strengthen and support our operations offshore North Sea, Denmark and on the European Continent, we are looking for highly motivated Field Engineers/Senior Field Engineers/General Field Engineers.
Key responsibilities
* Train and act as mentors for new Field personnel
* Prepare and execute onshore and offshore operations across the UK/European Continent
* Perform job load‑out and rig up/down at wellsite, both land and offshore environments
* Follow detailed processes and procedures to maintain an industry leading level of service quality
* Uphold a high level of customer service at all times
* Undertake technical, safety, and shop/office responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager
* Maintain equipment and facilities in an orderly and workable condition
* Ability or desire to stand in as an EIC as and when required
The candidate
* Actively participate in training of other Field personnel on location and on wellsite
* Advises service company personnel on Welltec equipment, services, and procedures.
* Has experience in E‑line operations and/or logging tools
* Has experience from Down Hole Isolation
* Is a highly motivated individual who approaches challenges with a positive, “can‑do” attitude and is willing to work under pressure and in varying remote conditions.
* Is IT confident, proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, and capable of quickly learning bespoke software
* Is able to meet the standard requirements for offshore travel.
* Has the legal right to work throughout the European Union.
