Job Summary Focuses on ensuring overall cleanliness of kitchen areas, in particular the pot wash machine, dishwasher, crockery area, floors, and the Team Member canteen. Candidate Profile Experience: Previous experience working within a Kitchen or similar environment preferred. Skills and Knowledge: Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing). Pro-active and reliable. Able to work alone and within a team. Specific Duties Supplying the highest possible levels of customer care and service whether in the public eye or in the back of the house areas. To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the pot wash machine and dish was, sh machine, and cleaning on a ly basis. To ensure that all crockery is handled correctly to minimize breakages. To ensure the Kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times. To carry out thorough cleaning of all equipment in the kitchminimisesure that all cleaning schedules are followed and signed daily basis. Working hours as required to do your job but normally not less than your contracted hours.
