Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-set lessons across multiple subjects, ensuring students stay on task and adhere to school rules. Confidently handle challenging behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Supervise students during lessons and break times, ensuring their safety and well-being. Support the school’s ethos and policies, contributing to a positive school culture. Requirements: A high level of spoken English with strong communication skills. The ability to manage and defuse challenging behaviour confidently. Ideally, educated to degree level, though relevant experience is also welcome. A current DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one.
