This position is the operational hub of our business, combining critical administrative support with hands-on management of our inventory and assets. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable managing phone calls and data entry as they manage storage stock and inventory, ensuring seamless support for both the office and field operations teams.
Requirements
* Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
* Perform accurate and efficient data entry across various systems.
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
* Stock and store keeping
* Conduct a comprehensive monthly stocktake for machines and in the unit and the field, reporting any discrepancies.

Experience
