THE POSITION
We are looking for a Quality Systems Digitisation Analyst to support documentation, digitisation, and archiving activities across our Quality and Operational functions. This role is essential in ensuring our documentation lifecycle meets the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and efficiency within a GxP‑regulated environment.
This is a 12-month contract position based at our manufacturing site in Pirbright 5 days a week.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Paper / Hard‑Copy Archiving:
* Print, index and file documents following defined procedures.
* Coordinate internal and external archiving activities.
Electronic Archiving:
* Contribute to the implementation of electronic archiving software and systems.
* Index, store and maintain electronic records in line with procedural requirements.
Document Lifecycle Handling
* Sort, scan, verify and archive GxP documentation.
* Manage destruction processes for documents no longer required, including safe handling, identification, and preparation for disposal.
* Work with Area Supervisors and Maintenance to ensure work areas remain organised and functional (including 5S activities).
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in administrative or documentation‑related work.
* Confident using IT tools including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Experience with DocuSign or electronic archiving systems is beneficial.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Able to work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues and external service providers.
* Comfortable working in BioSafety‑regulated areas (including daily showering requirements).
