Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Local Service Manager at Mulberry House, Bath.

The role of Local Service Manager will include:
* Good understanding of mental health issues and services
* Experience in accommodation-based services with positive outcomes
* Skilled in managing and developing staff teams
* Leading service delivery and working with the Area Service Manager
* Building relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external agencies
* Monitoring service performance and achieving KPIs
* Managing budgets and overseeing financial performance
* Recruiting, managing, and developing staff
* Flexible working hours based on service needs
* Responsible for health and safety within the service
Skills and experiences:
* Previous experience of working in a managerial role within a mental health service, you will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Compassionate, caring, and hard working with a hands-on approach to support
* You will have experience of working in a personalised way supporting service users to maximise opportunities for personal development
* Proven ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners
* Travel is a requirement of the role; therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
