Responsibilities: Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client. Ensuring all work are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
