Head of Customer Supply,
you will hold
a pivotal position at the heart of the supply chain, commercial, and customer experience strategy. This role represents a rare opportunity to make a real impact: shaping strategy, embedding customer focus, and driving measurable improvement from day one.

What you'll do
* Lead end-to-end customer supply operations, ensuring best-in-class service across retail, DTC, and B2B channels.
* Own inventory planning and availability strategies to support growth, balancing commercial needs with operational capacity.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and key customers to align supply with business goals.
* Anticipate market trends and channel needs using data-driven insights, ensuring timely replenishment and optimal stock levels.
* Drive performance improvement across warehouse operations, order fulfilment, and customer service.
* Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, embedding accountability and continuous improvement.
* Act as a visible, hands-on leader who can influence and collaborate across functions.
Essential experience:
* Proven leadership experience in customer supply, inventory management, or supply chain within
beauty, FMCG, or manufacturing.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate customer and channel needs into operational plans.
* Excellent analytical skills, confident in using data to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
* A collaborative leadership style, adept at breaking down silos and driving cultural change.
* Passionate about customer experience, with the energy and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, transforming business.
