Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Providing excellent customer service with enthusiasm and dedication
* Following instructions from management effectively
* Maintaining food safety controls and checklists
* Preparing orders for smoothies, juices, coffee, and food
* Maintaining a positive, customer-oriented attitude
* Working efficiently in various roles
* Assisting management and team members to work collaboratively
* Following high standards of personal hygiene at all times
* Practicing "Clean as You Go" and maintaining hygiene standards in the store
* Assisting in training new recruits according to brand standards
* Staying aware of promotions, product standards, and specifications
Experience
* Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
* Kitchen experience and knowledge is preferred
