What You’ll Be Doing Prepare delicious food items, strictly following recipes and portion guidelines Support the Chef Supervisor/Chef Manager in crafting main meals and hot dishes Contribute to the creation of special event menus and buffets Set up counters for service periods, maintaining company standards Assist with accurate completion of wastage sheets Help count and record stock and equipment Proactively promote menu upgrades and special offers to customers Ensure full knowledge of dish ingredients to support customers with allergy queries Prepare food in accordance with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety procedures Conduct and record temperature checks as required Perform cleaning duties as assigned by the cleaning roster Use chemicals safely and wear appropriate protective equipment Operate and clean equipment according to established procedures Ensure vending areas are fully stocked throughout your shift Who You Are: Good communication skill both written and verbal with an ability to flex to suit the audience.
