Trailer Mechanic
Location: Sittingbourne
Shift: 4 on, 4 off – Days (6:00am – 6:00pm)
Basic Salary: £39,194.30 / £18.72 per hour
Overtime Rate: £28.09 per hour (x1.5)
On-Target Earnings (with 5 hrs OT/week): £46,497.59

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, service, and repair HGV trailers to DVSA standards
Diagnose faults and carry out preventative maintenance
Complete job cards and maintain accurate service records
Work efficiently and safely within a busy workshop environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Trailer Mechanic or similar role
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
Strong knowledge of trailer components and diagnostics
Own tools required
Positive, team-oriented approach and attention to detail
