Are you an enthusiastic Senior Specialist Audiologist or Clinical Scientist looking to join our team? We are a community-based department supporting Dorset with hubs in Bournemouth and Weymouth, and clinics across the county. This role is primarily based at our Bournemouth site.
As part of the Senior Adult Audiology Team within Dorset Audiology, you will manage change and support service development. Your clinical responsibilities include managing complex adult hearing pathways, conducting vestibular diagnostic testing as part of the Balance Team, and running Audiology Led ENT Clinics, including referrals for imaging.
We welcome candidates with vestibular training; managerial experience is desirable. We support your development in managerial skills as part of our growing service working towards UKAS IQIPS accreditation. This is a full-time position, but part-time applications with a minimum of three days per week are encouraged.

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about service improvement, quality assurance, motivated, flexible, and capable of providing comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitation services for adult and paediatric patients. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential. Qualifications required include BSc Hons Audiology / MSc with CCC in Audiology or equivalent; higher training such as CAC / STP / HTS is desirable, especially in vestibular diagnostics. Experience in autonomous vestibular assessment clinics is required.
You may need to work at outstations; a full driving license is beneficial.
