Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Manchester City Centre (2 days a week in office)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
We're working exclusively with a B2B Tech SaaS company to find a Digital Marketing Manager that can lead on both Digital Strategy and Execution.
If you have a passion for growth through digital performance, enjoy turning data into action, and are curious about the future of AI-driven marketing, this could be the role for you. We are looking for someone with over 5 years of experience, comfortable bouncing between multiple channels from an agency or in-house background with a fast paced mentality.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Lead and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy across web, paid channels, CRM and more.
2. Drive lead generation through PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn), social, display, and emerging AI-driven search trends.
3. Own website performance, SEO, UX and CRO to boost conversion rates.
4. Develop personalised email and nurture campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce.
5. Track performance through GA4, CRM dashboards, and ad platform reporting — using insights to improve results.
6. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Content and agency partners to deliver aligned, revenue-focused campaigns.
