Transport Administrator. Here at HireGiant we're recruiting for a Transport Administrator with our well-established client Near to the Derby, in Ilkeston. This role will involve assisting with the transport office/weighbridge duties. Transport Admin: Dealing with day to day deliveries, collections and driver assignments. Report fuel and vehicle maintenance. Handle driver, customer and client queries. Dealing with driver documents and records. Weighbridge operations. Checking incoming and outgoing weights are logged and correct Reporting any issues or discrepancies to your manager. Requirements for the Transport Administrator: Previous in transport would be adventurous. IT Skills in Microsoft, Excel, Word. Professional phone etiquette Can do attitude Hours & Pay for the office assistant admin role: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week. PAYE: £13.22 per hour.
