Transport Administrator.
Here at HireGiant we're recruiting for a Transport Administrator with our well-established client Near to the Derby, in Ilkeston. This role will involve assisting with the transport office/weighbridge duties.
Transport Admin:
* Dealing with day to day deliveries, collections and driver assignments.
* Report fuel and vehicle maintenance.
* Handle driver, customer and client queries.
* Dealing with driver documents and records.
* Weighbridge operations.
* Checking incoming and outgoing weights are logged and correct
* Reporting any issues or discrepancies to your manager.
Requirements for the Transport Administrator:
* Previous in transport would be adventurous.
* IT Skills in Microsoft, Excel, Word.
* Professional phone etiquette
* Can do attitude
