Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and troubleshoot motion control systems including VFDs and servo motors
* Build and implement PLC-based electrical control systems and industrial automation networks
* Program and maintain control software using HMI interfaces and ladder logic
* Create electrical schematics, technical documentation, and SOPs for production equipment
* Analyze and calculate power requirements for new and existing machinery
* Lead and support equipment installations and automation upgrades
* Train production personnel on best practices and new technologies
* Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to identify and execute process improvements
* Apply 5S and lean manufacturing principles to support a safe, organized, and efficient workspace
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant engineering experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
* Proficient in PLC programming, relay logic, and control system troubleshooting
* Hands-on experience with motion control systems, including VFDs and servo drive systems
* Familiarity with HMI development and ladder logic programming
* Strong understanding of 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement techniques
* Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical design principles, including blueprint reading and system modeling
* Understanding of raw materials, production processes, and cost optimization strategies in a manufacturing environment
