Children's Home, Home Farm is recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers. We seek enthusiastic, caring, and passionate individuals to join our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care. You will also support the Registered Manager in running a successful staff team and overseeing the home's daily operations.

Our children's home provides care to children and young people requiring intervention. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, utilizing the secure base model of care. Our focus is on achieving positive outcomes through multi-agency working, personalized care planning, and fostering positive attachments.

Essential qualifications and experience include:
* A Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential and Childcare
* Previous experience in residential childcare
