The Role:
M&G is seeking an experienced Insight Manager to lead the Voice of the Adviser (VoA) programme within our growing VoC / VoA team, focusing on Financial Advisers within our Life and Investments division. This is a pivotal role, responsible for designing and implementing a new initiative aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of Advisers’ experiences, challenges and needs. The insights generated will directly inform and drive M&G’s adviser experience improvement roadmap and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities for this Role:
1. Design the approach to understanding our Adviser experiences in order to generates actionable insights and inform our improvement roadmap.
2. Develop, launch and embed the Voice of Adviser infrastructure.
3. Analyse and interpret data collected from the programme to uncover actionable insights that inform business decisions.
4. Monitor emerging trends in adviser insight to identify and deliver innovations within the programme to further strengthen the team’s capabilities.
5. Champion the adviser’s perspective, ensuring their voice is central to our improvement roadmap.
6. Work closely with a team of seasoned insight professionals to share knowledge, best practices, and foster continuous improvement.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
7. Extensive experience of delivering B2B (ideally Financial Adviser) feedback programmes, that ensure engagement and generate insight.
8. The ability to think strategically to design a programme while also being able to dive into the detail and generate the insight itself and deliver this to senior leadership.
9. Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative datasets and identify themes, trends and root causes.
10. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating insights into impactful business actions.
11. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
12. A proactive attitude, keen to drive change and support a culture of continuous improvement.
13. Strong organisational and project management skills.
14. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving adviser experiences.
15. Self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
16. Collaborative and open to new ideas and approaches.
17. High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
