We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support both our transport and office functions. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of transport activities while maintaining efficient administrative processes across the business. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate daily transport schedules and routes • Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries • Monitor vehicle movements • Maintain accurate transport and operational records • Ensure compliance with relevant transport regulations and company procedures • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and reporting • Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries in a professional manner • Support internal teams with operational planning and coordination Skills & Experience Required • Previous experience in an administrative or operations role (transport/logistics experience desirable but not essential) • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach Own Transport Essential Email CV
