Working within a small, close-knit payroll team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring payroll operations run smoothly and accurately each week. Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with clients to obtain accurate payroll data
* Supporting the preparation and processing of internal PAYE and external umbrella payrolls
* Maintaining accurate candidate and client records
* Answering payroll-related queries via phone and email
* Managing timesheet corrections and resolving discrepancies
* Processing new starters and leavers
* Issuing relevant HMRC forms such as P45s and P60s
Skills and Experience:
* Previous payroll experience (desirable not essential)
* Experience handling high-volume payrolls
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Confident with Excel
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive, close-knit team
* Proactive approach to problem solving
