Responsibilities
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Photocopier Engineer located in Wirral and working across Merseyside and Manchester. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing photocopier equipment; diagnosing technical issues and providing technical support; conducting regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment; responding to service calls in a timely manner; and managing spare parts inventory.
Qualifications
* Installation, maintenance, and repair of photocopier equipment
* Technical support and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to diagnose mechanical and technical issues
* Experience with brands such as Sharp, Xerox and Lexmark
* Knowledge of network and software troubleshooting
* Excellent problem‑solving and time‑management skills
* Strong communication and customer‑service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to client sites
* Relevant technical certifications or training are a plus
* Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
