Personal Development Coach 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time) £30,138 per annum pro rata, £26,587 per annum actual A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team at City College Norwich (Ipswich Road) as a Personal Development Coach. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is seeking to provide pastoral and Personal Development support to our students. The ideal candidate will be able to provide personal development classes and tutorial support for Hospitality, catering and Tourism students, as a group and on an individual basis. You will be required to plan and deliver group sessions to support the delivery of the personal development framework which builds upon personal development, behaviour and attitudes of our students. You will also hold 1-1 sessions with students focussed around their progress on the programme of study, set targets and undertake action planning etc. You will work closely with other Personal Development Coaches to provide a consistent approach whilst also liaising closely with teaching staff to ensure you have access to all relevant information required to make tutorials meaningful and have impact on students performance. Applicants should have a degree or equivalent qualification and/or recent relevant vocational experience.
