This is an inbound operation providing support and advice on a range of matter including employment issues, consumer rights, property disputes and personal injury. Must have undergrad or postgrad qualifications in Law. The Legal Advisor role… · Driving for positive resolutions over the phone with customers, including policy application and guidance on all products. · Providing high quality legal advice on a range of legal matters, predominantly through the telephone legal advice line. · Working within agreed service levels and quality standards. · Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. · Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and case law.
