A reputable multi-office commercial firm is looking for a Associate Solicitor to join their fantastic Private Client team. The firm is over 30 years old and has an excellent reputation for handling high quality matters including probate, wills, CoP, tax, and trusts. Responsibilities:
* Conducting high quality Private Client matters for initiation to conclusion.
* Assisting partners and senior lawyers with their caseload of files dealing effectively with a variety of complex matters.
* Input and assist with the development of the department.
* Dealing directly with clients and maintaining the highest standard of care, taking instructions and ensuring full compliance.
Skills and Experience:
* UK qualified Solicitor 3– 7 PQE years post qualification experience (other levels will be considered) from a reputable firm.
* Strong experience with private client matters including wills, probate, and tax matters.
* Proven experience of managing matters with minimal supervision and assisting senior solicitors with complex matters.
* Strong interpersonal skills interacting with clients and colleagues.
* A passionate personality with an enthusiasm for self development.
